COMIC TALK TODAY

It's Tuesday and time for the Comic Talk Headlines with Dustin, aka, Generally Nerdy! Catch up on everything that's happening in the world of comic books, movies and TV on Tuesdays and Fridays and be sure to subscribe to get fresh daily content.

Netflix is the master of the reboot it would seem as they have announced plans to reboot Unsolved Mysteries with the help of
Shawn Levy, one of the Exec Producers on Stranger things. They are enlisting the production team of the original series as
well, no word on who the host may be yet though.

WB is doubling down on their Harley Quinn plans... or perhaps TRIPLING? Geeks World Wide claims to have a source stating that
after we get Birds of Prey, the plan is to make the Gotham City Sirens movie we were hearing rumors about last year, THEN they
will move on to a Birds of Prey VS Gotham City Sirens movie.

Deadline is reporting that Paramount is already going into pre-production on the Bumblebee sequel. With the first movie
having passed the 400 million mark is this a bad or a good idea?

New Gods got a trailer for season 2... no real news here, but you should really check it out!

Gambit is the movie that will never die. Channing Tatum is now, according to deadline, considering not only starring but
directing too. No production info is being worked out just yet, as this is still very much a rumor.

In Comic Books news, Rob Liefeld (you know he's the guy who created Deadpool) is revealing details about at least one of the
big Marvel projects that he is currently working on. It is going to be a miniseries introducing us to a brand new character
named Major X, and titled as such as well. Liefeld went into some detail in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. To
give you the reader's digest version of what he said, basically Liefeld is introducing a new dimension to the Marvel Universe
called X-istance. Something terrible happens in X-istance and Major X is forced to cross over for help.

In, who-asked-for-this news, Brad Walker, penciler at DC who has worked on Supergirl and The Demon: Hell Is Earth, is
joining the likes of Peter J. Tomasi, Andrew Hennessy and Nathan Fairbairn, on Detective Comics #1001, and the plan is to
introduce the Arkham Knight into DC comics proper canon. Which is weird because Jason Todd is already in the regular DC
canon. Perhaps they will change who the Knight is?
