Hulk V Wolverine
Rumors NOT attached to the Mark Ruffalo conversation with Feige say that the Immortal Hulk version of the character will be the actual Hulk in the movie, and it will deal with Alpha Flight and Weapon X somehow.
Additional rumors suggest we are about 4 years out from this being realized.

The Batman
Robert Pattinson is having troubles in the size department. As a result the movie is being pushed back about a month.
