Join Aaron (@AaronSBell) and Ronnie (@Ronbar316) for a weekly discussion of the DC comics, movies and TV! They go in depth with the story, talking their likes and dislikes, which often leads to some ribbing when their tastes vary. They would love to hear from you at their personal twitter accounts or you can tweet the show directly @DC_Absolute.

Absolute DC has released 141 episodes since launching on Sep 09, 2016

On this week's regularly scheduled episode, Aaron (@AaronSBell) and Ronnie (@Ronbar316) complete a little roundup of SDCC DC Comics news they didn't cover in the bonus trailers episode.  Once that's done, they dive into some comics.  What's the book that Aaron picked up for the first time in about 30 issues, and what made him choose to try it out again?  Will he continue on with it now that he's back (sort of) in the fold?  How do they feel about the Flash War and how a (semi) newly returned character has been used?  How do they expect another freshly returned character to be handled?  What the heck is going on with Justice League these days?  And finally they get into the Injustice/He-Man crossover.  All this, and more on an all new episode!

DC has released a few trailers during SDCC that Aaron (@AaronSBell) and Ronnie (@Ronbar316) couldn't wait until their normal recording session to talk about them all.  Hear their thoughts on the Titans, Young Justice, Shazam!, and Aquaman trailers.  Find out why here may be a lot of giggling in Aaron's future.   See if Ronnie's childhood dream of a Shazam! movie has come true.  Listen to see if there was some other SDCC news they threw into the middle of the show to break things up a little bit!

On this week's episode Ronnie (@Ronbar316) surprises Aaron (@AaronSBell) with a theory so insane, it just might not be insane.  They also cover everything from the Birds of Prey movie news to the upcoming Injustice/He-Man crossover.  The two go over why this issue of Sideways is the best yet, how Plastic Man continues to exceed expectations, how the first issue of Superman stacks up to the Man of Steel series that leads into it, and if Detective Comics keeps being awesome.  They wrap the show up debating whether or not it makes sense that characters in comics play with toys or wear shirts of the actual super heroes in their universe and how to pronounce Martian Manhunter's name correctly.

What's up ADC faithfuls !
Darrell was so mad that Ronnie and Aaron made fun of the Signal last ep, he demanded to come on and stand up to the two bullies! Darrell gives his rebuttal on why he thinks the Signal is great and why he's sick of hearing that Cyborg is being pushed down our throats. Is he right or is Cyborg the Roman Reigns of DC? The guys also talk Catwoman #1 and the big #50 book, Green Lanterns! They also contemplate on where the New Age of Heroes will land after their respected series are over. The guys had a great time and hopefully this episode you will too!

On this week's episode Aaron (@AaronSBell) and Ronnie (@Ronbar316) dive headlong into the new Detective Comics story arc.  The inclusion of Black Lightning and the possible reformation of the Outsiders.  They talk about the Adam Glass penned Teen Titans Special, and where this will lead the new version of the Teen Titans in their series.  Gary (@hesadogandnotontwitter) was leaving notes for Aaron to read The Dark Prince Charming, did he actually read it?  Do they talk about it?  Did Justice League Odyssey get delayed seven weeks even though it was the inside cover advertising in all the DC books this week?  All this and more on the latest episode of the Absolute DC Podcast (@DC_Absolute).
