What Did You Watch This Week has released 385 episodes since launching on Mar 03, 2016

This week the guys talk about some of the off-the-beaten-path things they watched, as well as a few of the run-of-the-mill weeklies (including Mike actually watching a DC TV show after weeks of refusing to!  They also dedicate some serious time to talking about Season 3 of The Toys That Made Us, and speculate what Season 4 could/should have (and then discovering what the creator actually wants to dig into.)

In the spirit of the holiday, and all the holiday-themed episodes we watched this week, we are uploading this episode on Thanksgiving itself.  So stay warm, happy and thankful with your families and loved ones today, and if things start to get a little too political, pop in your earbuds and listen to us chat about some shows and such!

This week John and Mike are fined a LOT of credits for violations of the verbal morality statute as the dig into the usual suspects on their watchlists.  Then, at the end, and after ample spoiler warnings, the guys get into the 5 Act play that was Mr Robot's most recent episode, as well as the first 2 episodes of the greatest new show of the season, The Mandalorian!  Come listen now... I have spoken.

This week John and Mike regret devoting so much time to the CW hero shows, despite a solid "B" effort from The Flash, and are genuinely surprised by The Rookie's outlandish tale of a ballistic missile strike inbound for LA.  Mike lets us know about the 4 movies he watched, including the over-the-top Hobbes and Shaw, while John gives his spoiler-free take on Doctor Sleep.  Then, as usual, i's topped off with some in-depth Mr Robot talk.  Come listen!

This week John laments bad podcast etiquette, Mike laments not having time to watch shows, and they both lament poor CI handling on The Rookie as well as Amy's neurotic behavior on Superstore.  But all is not lost, for the shining beacon this week is episode 405 of Mr Robot which handles silence masterfully!
