2BT: All In Da Family

What does 2BT stand for? Higher wages and gender equality. But aside from that it stands for many things. Two Bald Texans, or more accurately, Two balding Texans, Dave and Michael.   Two breakfast tacos. Two Boned Thugs ('n harmony). Two (not so) Beautiful Texans. Two Bad Ass Texans (in their minds). Two Broke Texans. 2BT also stands for 3BT when Dave's brother Steve joins us.  It's the Podcast of 1000 a thousand names! 2BT is about the past, the present, and the future - and oh yeah, Star Wars!

2BT: All In Da Family is hosted by David Hammons , Michael Sparkman and Adam S.L. and produced by Michael Sparkman. Get in touch with us via Twitter, @2btshow, by sending us an e-mail.

2BT: All In Da Family has released 112 episodes since launching on Nov 11, 2017

In this episode, Dave and Michael give their initial reactions to Solo: A Star Wars Story after their second viewing.  They try to keep it only mildly spoilery and attempt to stay clear of the big reveals in the movie. Be warned!  Thanks for listening and enjoy the show!

Michael checks in this week to go into greater detail on some books he's just finished, some books he's reading now, and some books he plans to read!  Some of them include:  A.G. Riddle's The Atlantis Gene, Joe Hill's Locke & Key, James S.A. Corey's Caliban's War, Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian, Charles Portis' True Grit, and Jim Butcher's Grave Peril.  And he takes a look at a recently released list of the Top 100 Stories of All Time.  Enjoy the show and tell a friend it you do!

The three amigos are back together again for another fun 2BT: All In Da Family Episode.  They dive into artificial intelligence, Star Wars Celebration 2019, Urban Cowboy music, and, as usual, much joyful mayhem.  Oh, and Michael gets attacked by a kangaroo!  Enjoy the episode and please tell a friend!

This week Dave and Michael stroll down memory lane and revisit Ye Olde Renaissance Faire!  Actually they discuss their recent visit to Scarborough Faire in Waxahachie.  They also take a look at Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files again, Michael encourages Dave to start reading James S A Corey's Expanse novels, and they take a very thoughtful look at a recent encounter with Raiders of the Lost Ark and the Fort Worth Symphony at Bass Hall in Fort Worth!  And as always more mayhem.  Thanks for listening and Happy Birthday to Dave (2BT's wonderful host), Trisha (Michael's wonderful wife) and to everyone else celebrating bursting out into this wonderful world this week!

A day late but a day better, 2BT returns this week to show how remote recording should sound!  The fourth bald Texan of 2BT, Adam Lambert, returns to join Dave to venture into a wide ranging discussion featuring: protecting your collectibles, Karate Kid movies and Cobra Kai, TV show memories, TGIF shows, visiting the National Video Game Museum, retro video games, music and, as always, more, more, more! Be sure to check out Adam on YouTube and Twitch with his Retro Reprise show! Trust us, it's great!
