Welcome to another episode of I Am Gotham, as we take a step away from our usual Detective Comics and Batman discussion to talk about World's Finest Comics #3, the first appearance of the Scarecrow from 1941! Martin read the book in preparation for his discussion with Jay from last episode on the Animated Series' introduction of the character and just had to talk about it! Be sure to send questions to nerdylegion@gmail.com so we can prepare another Q&A episode in a few weeks.

Jay Loving from the Best of the Rest podcast returns to I Am Gotham this week to discuss Batman: The Animated Series episode 3, "Nothing To Fear", the introduction of the Scarecrow into the animated universe. Jay and Martin have a great time dissecting the Scarecrow character and why this episode is so important in humanizing the Batman persona that is Bruce Wayne.

Welcome back to another episode of I Am Gotham, as we return to our Golden Age Batman discussion with a look at Detective Comics #51, "The Case of the Mystery Carnival", and Detective Comics #52, "The Secret of the Jade Box". We hope you enjoy these stories, and we'll be back in a few days as Jay Loving returns to I Am Gotham for a look at Batman: The Animated Series episode 3, "Nothing To Fear".

I Am Gotham returns to your ears with a listener question episode! In this episode, Martin tackles some corrections, Batman: White Knight, Elseworlds stories, a few thoughts on Justice League, favorite Bat stories, his creative dream team and more! We'll be back next week with new episodes starting off with a look at Detective Comics #51 and #52. Thanks for listening!

Welcome back Gothamites!
