“What Did You Watch This Week?” is a weekly podcast were your hosts talk about the televisions shows, movies, and trailers that they watched this week. This encompasses not only new shows or movies but past favorites and re-runs they may have watched or even short runs series you can only find on Netflix, HULU or DVD.

Welcome back to everyone in audio land!  This week was a lighter week for the boys who make some noise, but rest assured that that doesn't stop them from delivering some opinions on stuff!   Mike starts things off with an in-depth look at the most recent season of Supernatural, and John talks briefly about his thoughts on the Prison Break mini-event that just ended.  The guys dig into the season (and likely series) finale of Class, as well as what turned out to be a slightly disappointing end to the Monk series of events on Doctor Who.  Throw in some trailer talk, some news items of interest and import, bake for about an hour and a half, and you've got yourself the latest episode of What did You Watch this Week!

 

Welcome back loyal listeners, to the 62nd fun-filled episode of the critically critical podcast that we insist on putting out for you week after week!  The prime show season is grinding to a close, and Mike and John have some things to say about the places where some of their trusted shows are leaving them before going on hiatus (and hopefully firing several of their writers.)  Particular attention is given to a very outdated and lame tactic used by writers to try to instill fear and doubt, but which now just feels insulting.  In addition, the guys talk about the bloodbath that is John Wick 2, some new trailers for upcoming shows they might be interested in, and of course, a good healthy discussion of the ongoing saga of what is turning out to be one of the most engaging and fun seasons in recent Doctor Who history!  Stay a while, and listen, won't you?

On this week's not-ready-for-primetime episode, Mike and John dig into a very revealing and thought provoking episode of Doctor Who, they wax intellectual about Cat's return on Supergirl, and how the show really is better for having her, and they fish around in the muck of one of the "not the worst" episodes of Arrow this season (where the final minute or so was the best part of the show for a while now).  Mike brings us up to speed on Fargo, and what's happening in the perpetually white north, and John praises one of the coolest death scenes he's seen in recent memory on American Gods.  All this plus Flash talk, a bunch of news and trailers, and yes, a spoiler free(ish) discussion of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2.
