Bright Side Home Theater has released 188 episodes since launching on Oct 10, 2019

🍿This week DJ compares the 3D version of Ready Player one to the 4k version.  The first 22 minutes and 40 seconds are spoiler free  including listener comments and DJ's overall take on the Quality of the two discs.

🍿This week DJ not only talks about Apollo 13 in 4K but all his experiences with Apollo 13.  He talks about the technology it took to launch the actual mission, the tech to make the movie, the Laser Disc and the tech we have today.  This movie is a testament to technological advancements and how we, as a people, are consistently pushing the envelope.

🍿This episode could almost be titled "Rabbit Hole" because DJ spent two weeks watching Top Gun in different formats and different settings.  Before he talks about the movie he goes through some Twitter questions and comments from listeners.  After that DJ describes the Rabbit Hole and all his favorite scenes.

🍿Spoiler free Home Theater talk for the first 28 minutes where DJ talks about the Matrix in 4K after questions and comments from Twitter and Emails.  Topics including HBO Max, DTS-X vs Atmos and thoughts about IMAX Enhanced discs are among the Home Theater fun for this week.  Then DJ goes over some of his favorite scenes from The Matrix in 4K and Dolby Atmos.

This week DJ sits down with Tom Andry from the AV Rant Podcast.  The original plan was to just meet Tom and talk about Jurassic Park.  Well, Tom and DJ talk for over 2 and a half hours of Home Theater fun.  They talk about Tom's history and origin in Home Theater, how AV Rant started and even a little about Tom's Brother.  When they finally get to Jurassic Park they go off on a few tangents here and there but its all A/V goodness.  If you want to hear more of Tom you can check him out every week on his Podcast at
