“What Did You Watch This Week?” is a weekly podcast were your hosts talk about the televisions shows, movies, and trailers that they watched this week. This encompasses not only new shows or movies but past favorites and re-runs they may have watched or even short runs series you can only find on Netflix, HULU or DVD.
This week John and Mike talk about the season finales of two impactful shows: Westworld, which was a bit of a letdown overall, and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, which was astounding for a first season of a show that came out of nowhere. All this plus a bunch of other stuff, as usual!
This week John and Mike talk about the penultimate episodes of Westworld and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist for this season, as well as some of the Amazon Originals that Mike finally caught up on, including Homecoming, Modern Love, and Tales from the Loop, and the newest addition, Upload!
This week it seems the audio delay issues aren't plaguing us, so we get to have some better in-depth and comprehensive discussions about the shows we watched. This includes a very tense episode of Westworld, the return of Flash and Legends of Tomrrow, and the final 2 episodes of Hunters for Season 1.
This week we apologize but there is a slight delay between when we could hear each other during recording, which led to some awkward pauses and talking over each other, unfortunately. Nevertheless, John and Mike had plenty of great shows to talk about, including one of the best episodes of Westworld in a while!
This week on top of the social isolation, John and Mike had to deal with a freak snowstorm (in mid-April) knocking out power for a lot of the state. This doesn't stop them from chewing the fat about their shows however, including Westworld (with THAT big reveal) and the ever-impressive Zoe's Extraordinary Playlist.
